Title: PENN FACTORY 349 HC FUBAR
Post by: Wompus Cat on July 15, 2025, 09:05:55 PM
I recently acquired a Penn 349HC Master Mariner off the Bay with some interesting oddities .
Looks BRAND NEW .Came with Box .Warranty Card, some advertising papers, tissue paper, wrench,Grease Tube and a #18 Catalog .Box says 349HC on it .

The A/R was non functional and the Clicker did not work

When I tore into it I found that they had neglected to install the Clicker Spring and just left it laying inside the Plate with the  2 Attaching screws just rolling around with it .
Have pix and will post more about it later...........

Here  are some pix No special order ....

This shows the Clicker Ring just Floatin around inside the Side Plate with the 2  Screws NEVER INSTALLED
