This information is taken from the 1931 Ocean City Catalog - Every Year Ocean City Does Something Different With their reels. They placed ink on the side plates of their reels as seen in their ads. I have never seen one or even traces of it. But.. I have heard of a Dover Club baring the white marks that came up for sale in the early 2000's.. Anyway, I'll post every bit of info I have on what these reels might look like. If ya find one - this is where it goes. :D

Here is an outstanding reference to the Fox Division at Ocean City Mfg Co. in 1933. As you can see they swapped the photos of the Brigantine and Bay City around.

Excellent find for sure . Was unaware of these even being made .
I knew of Penn ,Shakespeare,Bronson, and a few other companies made Trade Reel but didn't know Ocean City made any.
