Talking about a TOUGH REEL!
This is it .I think was made in the late 70's but it has some Real Guts to it and a Handle seen on many Boat Winches .

A HALF DOLLAR easily fits inside the Robust Stainless Main Gear!

Here it is together with a Penn 920 Level-Wind fit inside the spool area .
Good Sized Reel Huh?
All in all this thing is Cannon Proof with all the Stainless Steel and Brass parts it should be around a long time .
